In this Specialist, Quality Control - Microbiologist position, based in Sacramento, CA, you will have a pivotal role in managing quality systems and making crucial batch disposition decisions. Your expertise will support the rapid development of our advanced cell therapies while ensuring quality standards are met before product release.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage quality systems including deviations and change controls
• Evaluate batch records for informed release decisions
• Conduct thorough investigations of quality deviations
• Maintain accurate quality-related documentation
• Provide training on quality processes to team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field
• 3+ years in quality control within GMP environments
• Understanding of FDA regulations and quality systems
• Detail-oriented with strong data management skills
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
