This role involves direct oversight of quality assurance and control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as CSA and ASME. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough inspections of welded systems and structures
• Review and interpret structural drawings for compliance
• Monitor welding processes, ensuring adherence to standards
• Document nonconformances and initiate corrective actions
• Coordinate with regulatory entities and third-party inspectors
Requirements:
• CWB Certified Welding Inspector status required
• 1-3 years experience in a relevant workshop environment
• Ability to read and interpret welding symbols and related documentation
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of non-destructive testing procedures
