As a Test Conductor with Northrop Grumman, you will be responsible for leading test readiness reviews and ensuring effective execution of production tests. You must have a strong background in troubleshooting, refining procedures, and managing schedules, while working collaboratively with program and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide lab support for integration testing

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and 6 years of experience

• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required

• In-depth test experience, including control room monitoring

• General knowledge of aviation systems preferred

• Ability to obtain a DoD Top-Secret clearance
