Menkes Developments is looking for an experienced Property Manager to coordinate rental properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in residential real estate or property management. Responsibilities include overseeing move-ins/move-outs, managing maintenance requests, and conducting suite inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee move-ins and move-outs effectively

• Manage daily rental activities and service requests

• Conduct inspections to meet company standards

• Provide guidance and support to residents and team

• Assist with administrative duties and reception tasks

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree completion

• 5+ years in property management or real estate

• Knowledge of RTA and Tarion preferred

• Familiarity with Buildium, Docu Sign, and CMS

• Strong communication and organizational skills
