As a Part-Time Leasing Agent, your responsibilities will include managing inquiries and facilitating property tours. You’ll work closely with the Property Management team to ensure seamless transitions for new residents while maintaining accurate leasing files. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional service to prospective residents

• Market available properties and suite features effectively

• Schedule and manage property showings

• Process rental applications in compliance with policies

• Keep leasing areas clean and welcoming

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in leasing or property management

• SREC-administered real estate/property management license

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience

• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and leasing software
