Property Manager Role

In your role as Property Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of property management, enhancing tenants’ living experiences. This includes handling leasing applications, coordinating move schedules, and ensuring high occupancy rates. You'll work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain and improve property standards while meeting business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations at Bridge rock Terrace

• Schedule and inspect move-ins and move-outs

• Manage rent collections and leasing processes

• Collaborate with the leasing team on vacancy targets

• Recommend repairs and generate work orders as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property management

• Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable demeanor

• Strong professionalism in tenant interactions

• Effective in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with ERP software preferred
