Avana is looking for a highly skilled Area Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of up to 1,500 residential units. In this strategic role, you will provide leadership to Property Managers and ensure adherence to Avana's service standards. Your focus on resident satisfaction and community engagement will help achieve organizational goals while navigating complex challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties

• Ensure adherence to Avana policies and service levels

• Develop and implement employee training and improvement plans

• Monitor leasing and financial activities across the portfolio

• Identify and mitigate potential operational risks

Requirements:

• Five years of progressive residential property management experience

• Proven supervisory skills with property management teams

• Strong financial management and analytical capabilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
