In this pivotal role, you will define and enhance manufacturing processes essential for platform scalability and performance. Combining hands-on bench work with cross-functional collaboration, you'll utilize your scientific expertise to improve assay performance and ensure seamless workflow transitions into operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive manufacturing development initiatives and define technical roadmaps
• Translate manufacturing requirements into experimental and validation plans
• Design QC strategies and lead root-cause investigations
• Communicate and collaborate across R&D, Operations, and Quality teams
• Analyze complex datasets for actionable technical recommendations
Requirements:
• PhD or Master’s in relevant field with 5+ years in wet-lab
• Expertise in immunoassay methods and kit development
• Proven ability to lead and scale complex experiments
• Hands-on experience with automation and instrumentation
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring junior scientists
