Agilus by Synergie is looking for Lab Assistants to join its team in Saskatoon. You will manage laboratory instrumentation, conduct analyses for seed production, and contribute to safety and quality improvement efforts. This hands-on role requires effective communication and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform biochemical laboratory analyses following set timelines

• Interpret results and troubleshoot laboratory equipment issues

• Maintain accurate records and prepare analytical reports

• Support validation and optimization of lab procedures

• Assist with inventory management and safety compliance

Requirements:

•

B.Sc. degree or 2-year diploma in biochemistry or chemistry

• WHMIS certification and lab safety knowledge

• Experience with gas chromatography is a plus

• Ability to lift 20-40 lbs regularly

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
