In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding participants while supporting the SHA’s academic mission. You will be responsible for reviewing, approving, and monitoring minimal risk research within the organization. An effective Associate possesses substantial skills in research, critical thinking, and fostering innovation while navigating complex ethical considerations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and approve minimal risk research proposals
• Monitor ongoing research to ensure ethical compliance
• Transform systems to enhance research quality
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across departments
• Support SHA’s mission in providing innovative care
Requirements:
• Master of Health Science (MHSc) required
• One year experience in research handling
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Licensed with regulatory body if applicable
Contribute to ethical, innovative health research and quality assurance at SHA in Saskatoon.
