This role reports to the Director of Operations and emphasizes research in Ergonomics, Anthropometry, and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). Candidates with a Master’s degree in related fields will conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis. Engage collaboratively with teams and share results through publications and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct fieldwork, surveys, and laboratory measurements
• Analyze data and interpret findings
• Recruit and educate research participants
• Mentor Research Technicians in project methodologies
• Develop project schedules and maintain research equipment
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Human Factors or related field
• Completed research thesis required
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license for travel within Saskatchewan
