As a Cashier at RONA, you will engage with customers daily, processing transactions with precision. Keeping the checkout areas tidy and balancing cash reports at the end of your shift are essential duties. You'll be part of a team dedicated to enhancing customer experiences and supporting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers within a friendly atmosphere
• Accurately process all customer transactions
• Ensure checkout stations remain clean and organized
• Balance the cash report accurately post-shift
• Follow loss prevention and safety policies
Requirements:
• Skilled at resolving customer issues
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Familiarity with cash register operation is an asset
• Flexible for occasional outdoor work
