Retail Assistant Manager Position

Join our team as a Retail Assistant Manager in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and contribute to exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This full-time role is focused on team development and daily store management.

You will assist with a variety of tasks from customer service to merchandise organization. Being approachable and positive in helping customers is critical in this role. As you ensure the store runs smoothly, you will also help train and supervise associates, ensuring that store standards are consistently met.

• Manage daily store operations and customer interactions

• Maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor

• Support opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous retail management experience preferred

• Capable of lifting up to 55 lbs. consistently

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
