As a Store Lead, your collaboration with the Store Manager will be essential in driving sales and building an effective, sales-oriented environment. You’ll be responsible for coaching, staff development, and ensuring that customer service excelled while meeting operational goals. Your leadership will contribute to a culture of teamwork and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily sales and operational initiatives as manager on duty
• Foster an inclusive store environment and coach team members
• Improve customer interactions by training on service expectations
• Participate in hiring and developing a diverse workforce
• Communicate store priorities and drive business performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in retail or sales management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
