As a Customer Service Associate, you will engage directly with customers to cater to their needs. Your tasks will include managing cash registers, ensuring all areas of the store are clean and presentable, and supporting stock replenishment efforts. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with inquiries and purchase recommendations

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or retail settings
• Capability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and operational documents
