Lead stage operations at Sephora as a Full Time Stage Experience Lead in North York, Ontario. Focus on client satisfaction, team training, and effective management for exceptional service delivery.
In this role, you will draw on 1-3 years of experience in a similar high-volume retail position. You will ensure that your team adheres to Sephora's selling standards while addressing client feedback and supporting training on new technologies. • Coordinate and support in-store event execution

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar high-volume retail role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven capability to develop and lead high-performing teams
• Experience influencing diverse partners effectively
• Comprehensive understanding of sales performance
