Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with inquiries and shopping recommendations
• Manage cash register transactions efficiently and securely
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise presentation
• Ensure cleanliness and safety across the store
• Support unloading trucks and replenishment of stock
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and follow operational guidelines
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to meet physical demands of the role
