Assistant department manager

• Perform day-to-day management activities within your department in collaboration with the department manager.
• Provide team members with the feedback necessary for their career development and the achievement of established objectives.
• Collaborate with the production and customer service clerks.
• Ensure the implementation of exceptional customer service.
• In collaboration with the manager, ensure the management of inventories, price lists, marketing and salary productivity according to established standards to ensure business readiness.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
