The Salvation Army seeks a Sales Associate to enhance customer service and support thrift store activities. Make a difference in your community while developing valuable skills.
As an on-call casual Sales Associate, your primary duties will include providing excellent service, sorting and pricing donations, and contributing to the overall management of the store’s operations.
Your role is vital in helping The Salvation Army achieve its sales goals through hard work and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality customer support and assistance
• Retrieve, sort, and price incoming donation items
• Replenish stock and maintain product displays
• Process sales transactions for customers accurately
• Conduct cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Some high school education is required
• Retail or warehouse experience is a plus
• Must successfully complete background clearance checks
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in retail
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
