Permanent – Full‑time

Lot & Inventory Assistants are customer-focused and enthusiastic team members who thrive in task diversity, anticipate need and take initiative. This is an amazing opportunity to serve both internal and external customers.

• Maintain the condition of collision’s property, customer lounge, and in-progress vehicles.
• Assist with moving vehicles into the shop to be worked on.
• Shuttle customers as required.
• Perform yard and building maintenance as required.
• Pick up and drop off sublet vehicles.
• Pick up and drop off sensitive and private documents to other business units (cheques, bank deposits, receipts).
• Load and unload shop with customers’ vehicles every day.

• Must have a valid Driver’s License upon employment.
• Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to multi‑task and be organized.
