As a Meat Clerk reporting to the Meat Manager, you will assist customers with inquiries and promote sales of meat products. Your key responsibilities will include preparing, wrapping, and appropriately displaying various meats while adhering to safety measures and inventory checks. Prepare to tackle any customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

• Prepare, wrap, and display various meats securely

• Monitor inventory for freshness and product rotation

• Notify the Department Manager of out-of-stock items

• Complete general housekeeping and sanitation tasks

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills and a service-oriented mindset

• Flexible availability including mornings and weekends

• Relevant education and experience considered

• Ability to operate necessary equipment efficiently

• Assist in stocktaking and inventory management as needed
