Full Time Retail Sales Associate

Your Responsibilities:
Provide top‑notch service to all customers.
Showcase excellent product knowledge.
Offer assistance in the skate shop when needed.
Maintain product inventory and keep the store organized.
Be on your feet, ready to assist customers throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For:
Obsessive attention to detail and accuracy.
Energetic and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
Self‑motivated and confident.
Quick learner who embraces new challenges.
Strong organizational skills.
A basic understanding of sports.
Benefits:
37-40 hour work week with a competitive hourly wage ($).
Extended health care with cost sharing after 3 months.
Performance review at 3 months and annual reviews thereafter, possibly leading to a wage increase.
Weekend work on Saturdays and Sundays.

This is a full‑time, year‑round position. Successful candidates must have availability for full‑time working hours during the fall and winter months in addition to spring and summer.
