Customer-Focused Vault Associate

Position: Customer-Focused Vault Associate Role
Take pride in helping others by becoming a Vault Associate at The Home Depot. In this customer-focused position, you will ensure equipment is functional and efficiently manage cash handling tasks.

As a Vault Associate, your primary focus will be to troubleshoot and support existing equipment in-store, while also fostering relationships with Sales Audit and service providers. Key responsibilities include counting daily sales, balancing petty cash, and responding swiftly to requests from cashiers. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality work under pressure and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to all associates

• Respond efficiently to Cashier requests

• Count vault and media from sales transactions

• Maintain accurate petty cash and cashier logs

• Troubleshoot technical equipment issues

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of cash handling experience

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• Excellent communication skills at all levels

• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
