Permanent – Full‑time
Lot & Inventory Assistants are customer-focused and enthusiastic team members who thrive in task diversity, anticipate need and take initiative. This is an amazing opportunity to serve both internal and external customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain the condition of collision’s property, customer lounge, and in-progress vehicles.
Assist with moving vehicles into the shop to be worked on.
Shuttle customers as required.
Perform yard and building maintenance as required.
Pick up and drop off sublet vehicles.
Pick up and drop off sensitive and private documents to other business units (cheques, bank deposits, receipts).
Load and unload shop with customers’ vehicles every day.
What We’re Looking For
Must have a valid Driver’s License upon employment.
Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors.
Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to multi‑task and be organized.
