In the Keyholder role, you will assist in everyday store operations while serving customers with compassion and expertise. You'll manage cash register transactions, inventory organization, and daily store functions. Your leadership will shine as you guide your team when management is absent, all while upholding safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle cashier duties and facilitate customer transactions
• Prepare paperwork for merchandise orders and banking
• Stock small items and ensure store cleanliness
• Assist in unloading deliveries of pet supplies
• Conduct store opening and closing procedures
Requirements:
• 2+ years of customer service or retail experience
• Knowledge of POS systems for efficient sales
• Friendly and engaging customer service approach
• Capability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
