Key Responsibilities:
• Load customer orders safely into vehicles
• Greet and engage customers following the GET Model
• Maintain cart availability at the store entrance
• Keep loading areas clean and organized
• Follow safety and loss prevention policies
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail in customer service
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
