Customer-Focused Sales Associate - Print Services

Location: North Battleford

Elevate customer experiences as a Sales Associate in Print & Services. Deliver exceptional service while leveraging our selling model and product knowledge to meet customer needs.

In this role, you will engage customers and provide informed recommendations while contributing to sales success in the print area. Utilizing your strong communication skills, you'll collaborate with store leaders to achieve goals. Experience in retail is preferred, and you'll be trained in all Print & Services operations including order fulfillment and in-store production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-notch customer service and increase engagement

• Utilize POS systems for transactions and order management

• Fulfill customer print orders and maintain inventory

• Ensure all machines are stocked with required supplies

• Maintain merchandising standards in print and cash areas

Requirements:

• 3 months to 1 year of retail experience preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
