Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales associates and cashiers
Assign duties and prepare work schedules for staff during assigned shifts
Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards
Assist in training new employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and cash handling practices
Assist customers with product inquiries and sales transactions when required
Resolve customer complaints and expedite complex issues to management when necessary
Ensure shelves and display areas are properly stocked, clean, and organized
Monitor inventory levels and aid in merchandise ordering and stock replenishment
Assist the Store Manager in implementing merchandising displays and in‑store promotional activities
Authorize routine returns, exchanges, and price adjustments in accordance with store policies
Perform opening and closing procedures, including key holding responsibilities when required
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment throughout the department
Prepare sales, inventory, and staff‑related reports as requested by management
