Located in the Territorial Mall Centre, Discovery Co-operative is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for our Leisure Time Store. In this position, you’ll be engaging with customers to provide tailored assistance, manage the cash register, and meet merchandising standards. Your contributions will help support our community-driven business model and enrich local lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer safe and courteous service to all customers

• Fulfill cashier duties as required to ensure efficient sales

• Guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions

• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the department

• Support effective marketing strategies through proper signage

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age

• Willingness to learn about ski/snowboard tuning

• Basic abilities in bike maintenance or interest in training

• Excellent communication skills for customer engagement

• Capable of lifting 50-100 lbs during operations
