Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and model excellent service conduct

• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally

• Maintain inventory management through efficient processes

• Prepare accurate sales, staff, and productivity reports

• Balance sales and make daily bank deposits

Requirements:

• Canna Sell Certification is mandatory

• 2 years of retail experience required

• 1 year in a supervisory retail role preferred

• First Aid certification is an asset

• Expertise in Microsoft Office productivity suite
