Position: Retail Supervisor Opportunity
Step into a leadership role at Wine & Beyond's Saskatoon Grand Opening. As a Supervisor, you will influence store success through excellent team support and customer engagement strategies.

Wine & Beyond seeks a committed Supervisor to lead its new store in Saskatoon. You will work closely with the Store Manager, coaching Sales Associates and overseeing daily operations. Ensuring high-quality customer experiences and maintaining operational standards are key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support management and direct daily store activities

• Coach Sales Associates for optimal performance

• Manage opening and closing procedures with accuracy

• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism

• Ensure inventory levels and compliance are met

Requirements:

• Retail supervisory or leadership experience is preferred

• Valid Serve It Right Saskatchewan certification necessary

• Exceptional communication and team-oriented skills

• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs

• Proven decision-making in dynamic retail environments
