Lead the Sephora operations in Edmonton by becoming the Operations Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive operational excellence in the store
• Manage inventory processes including cycle counting
• Ensure visual merchandising meets standards
• Conduct performance assessments and coaching
• Participate in client engagement as Manager on Duty
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant operational leadership experience
• Strong ability to manage time and solve problems
• Proven track record in influencing team dynamics
• Solid understanding of retail operations
• High commitment to customer service excellence
