Position: Team Supervisor Role - Bass Pro Shops

As a Team Supervisor, you’ll report to the Group Sales Manager, where your primary focus will be on guiding team members and overseeing daily activities. You will assess customer needs to provide tailored product recommendations, thus enhancing the overall shopping experience. Your leadership will foster a growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead department team members effectively

• Assign tasks clearly and monitor their completion

• Train staff on operational procedures to ensure compliance

• Maintain visual standards within the store

• Address and resolve customer concerns using good judgment

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience of two or more years preferred

• Availability for flexible shifts including weekends

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Strong customer service orientation

• Knowledge of outdoor products is a plus
