As a Keyholder, you will support store leadership and customer service efforts at Pet Valu. This role involves cash handling, administrating merchandise tasks, and maintaining store presentation. You’ll help in both managing daily operations and guiding team members in the absence of the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer sales and manage the cash register

• Handle merchandise orders and related paperwork

• Place items into stock within the sales area

• Perform sweeping and general maintenance duties

• Unload and stock deliveries of pet supplies weighing up to 50 lbs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail or customer service

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs

• Familiarity with store operations and policies

• Leadership skills for team management tasks

• Strong emphasis on safety and efficiency
