As a Keyholder at Pet Valu, your role encompasses ensuring excellent customer interactions and effective store management. You will take part in cash handling, stock preparation, and the overall upkeep of the store. Your responsibilities also include team coordination in the absence of a manager, ensuring that daily tasks are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer transactions with accuracy

• Prepare and manage merchandise orders

• Stock small and medium-sized items in the store

• Conduct general maintenance including cleaning duties

• Assist in unloading pet food and supplies deliveries

Requirements:

• Experience in retail sales or customer service roles

• Capable of lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
