Harry Rosen, a renowned luxury menswear retailer, seeks an Operations Associate. In this part-time permanent role, you'll manage client transactions through the POS system, assist with order fulfillment, and maintain merchandise standards.
Your role includes addressing client inquiries and ensuring a clean, organized service desk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately control and process client transactions
• Support E-Commerce and order fulfillment efforts
• Maintain store and merchandise organization
• Assist with markdowns and special event setups
• Provide basic assistance to clients on the sales floor
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years retail experience in a luxury environment
• Proven customer service skills, especially at service desks
• Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities
• Interest in leveraging technology to enhance customer service
