Retail Associate – Golden Skybridge Adventure Park

Seasonal full‑time role for summer 2026. The Retail Associate will provide product knowledge and general assistance to guests, uphold service standards, merchandising, and clean store areas, and work in a team.

• Efficiently operate tills, handling cash/credit transactions, upselling/promoting products.
• Keep sales floor and storage areas clean and organized.
• Ensure service is friendly, courteous, and professional.
• Communicate with co‑workers and management.
• Forward observations and comments from guests in a timely fashion.
• Apply upselling and cross‑selling techniques to maximize staff incentives.
• Facilitate efficient inventory management and movement.
• Support Photo Associates and photo program.
• Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees.

• Proven ability to upsell and meet/exceed sales targets in a retail or customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to learn and efficiently operate our POS systems and Storibox photo platform.
• Initiative in restocking, remerchandising, and regular cleaning duties.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
• Punctual and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Consent to a criminal record check (Always Honest policy).

Starting wage: $18.50 per hour.
