Become a key contributor as a Customer Service Associate at our Warman location. This part time role revolves around enriching customer interactions, managing sales, and ensuring the store remains inviting.

In the role of Customer Service Associate, you will assist shoppers with their needs while efficiently managing cash transactions. Experience in a customer-focused environment like retail, restaurant, or grocery will serve you well. Additionally, you'll help keep the store presentable and secure while performing various tasks throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and recommendations

• Handle cash register and sales transactions effectively

• Ensure cleanliness and re-stock throughout the store

• Support receiving and unloading of merchandise

• Foster a positive and safe shopping atmosphere

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred

• Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. regularly

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
