You will need at least 2 years of relevant experience and Smart Serve Certification, along with proficiency in point of sale systems. Flexibility in working days and evenings, plus the ability to lift 40lbs regularly, is critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure total customer satisfaction and exceptional service

• Assist customers with purchases and provide product information

• Manage product shipments and maintain store displays

• Handle cash and balance the till accurately

• Comply with Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:

• 2 years of customer service experience

• Smart Serve Certification required

• Familiarity with Windows applications

• Availability for diverse shifts including weekends

• Ability to consistently lift 40lbs
