As a Bridal Stylist at David's Bridal, you will create a welcoming and supportive environment for brides.
Your role focuses on providing 5-Star Customer Service, achieving sales goals, and enhancing the in-store experience while maintaining operational excellence. This full-time position calls for a customer-obsessed individual passionate about bridal fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person and over the phone
• Expertly manage customer flow utilizing store systems and tools
• Assist multiple customers by addressing their needs confidently
• Prepare fitting rooms based on customer profiles and preferences
• Promote alterations services to ensure the perfect dress fit
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; retail experience preferred
• 1-2 years in apparel or specialty retail environment
• Familiarity with computerized POS systems is beneficial
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
