Service Coordinator – Saskatoon, SK
$50,000–$65,000 + Benefits

Staffmax is seeking a highly organized and confident Service Coordinator to join our clients rapidly growing commercial/industrial team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating technicians, supporting customers, and helping ensure service work is completed efficiently and professionally.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians. In addition to scheduling and administration, the ability to confidently explain service work and communicate technical information to customers is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Manage work order flow and coordinate daily schedules for service technicians.

Communicate with customers to assess service needs, schedule visits, and provide accurate information regarding services being performed.

Track technician hours and manage timesheets.

Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure required materials are available for service calls.

Monitor open parts orders and follow up on lead times.

Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Support sales activities and assist with onboarding new clients.

Coordinate travel arrangements for technicians when required.

Collaborate with all departments to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to confidently and professionally communicate technical or service-related information to customers.

Comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and directing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, industrial service, automotive service, construction, or a technical environment is considered a strong asset.

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
