Position: Harry Rosen Yorkdale Operations Associate Role
Become an Operations Associate at Harry Rosen to provide outstanding service and support at Yorkdale Shopping Centre. Manage transactions, assist with logistics, and ensure store standards are met daily.

In this part-time permanent position, you will be pivotal in client service, managing POS transactions, and maintaining an organized service desk.

Your role will also involve assisting with merchandise and fulfilling orders efficiently, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control client transactions with accuracy at the POS

• Support picking and logistics for E-Commerce orders

• Ensure the store remains clean and organized

• Assist with markdowns and seasonal merchandising

• Collaborate with team members on client service

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in retail, preferably luxury

• Proven expertise in customer service, especially at service desks

• Familiarity with inventory and order fulfillment

• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills

• Interest in using technology to enhance retail service
