Position: Day Remodel Associate at Walmart

Join Walmart in North Battleford as a Day Remodel Associate. Collaborate with leads to enhance the shopping experience while assisting customers in newly renovated departments.

As a Day Remodel Associate, you'll work closely with the Remodel Lead and Manager to set standards during department remodels. Responsibilities include stocking various departments while ensuring product security and compliance with quality assurance guidelines.

Your role will also involve proactive customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and product location amidst ongoing construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure high-ticket merchandise in designated areas

• Set modulars by printing labels and cleaning counters

• Stock departments including Grocery and Fashion

• Ensure cold chain compliance for quality assurance

• Assist in shrink prevention by scanning damaged items

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older

• Ability to work around construction areas

• Experience with customer service is a plus

• A positive attitude under remodel conditions

• Familiarity with merchandising standards
