Key Responsibilities:

• Lead staff when Store Manager is absent

• Ensure employees meet performance expectations

• Assist customers effectively and amicably

• Clean and maintain store premises

• Handle cash transactions with accuracy

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
