Candidates will have to perform managing services in merchandising and marketing departments. Candidates will have to play an important role in Store’s leadership team. They’re also appointed in developing skills of the entire store team and deliver best service to customers.

Candidate will have to collaborate with his assistant and 2 other members maintaining a store leadership team.
Candidates will have to work for maintaining merchandising and marketing initiates.
Candidates will have to maintain cleanliness and a safe working environment in stores.
Candidates will also have to perform computer based operations when required.
Job requirement    Candidates must attain the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, for all store employees.
Candidates also attain the ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
They must attain the ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the 7

Rewards loyalty program.
They must attain excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
Candidates must attain proficiency in computer knowledge.
Work setting    A valid driver’s license from the province of residence is also required for being eligible for this post.
