Position: Spirit Halloween Seasonal Sales Associate
Become a Seasonal Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween, where you'll assist in merchandising and guest engagement.

Your role will help create a vibrant shopping atmosphere for our customers.

In this role, you will be employed by an independent consignment operator while supporting Spirit Halloween's brand. Key tasks include helping with the setup, merchandising, and tear down of the store, while ensuring that guest services meet company standards.

Your role is vital to ensuring the store operates smoothly and profits are maximized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and take down store displays efficiently

• Maintain high standards of Guest Service during store hours

• Conduct sign waving and support sales promotions

• Ensure all merchandise is priced and displayed correctly

• Manage POS operations to assist customer transactions

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement is 16 years

• Capable of lifting/moving items weighing up to 50 pounds

• Willing to climb ladders and adhere to physical demands

• Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork

• Ability to work long hours standing and walking
