Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests using effective selling techniques

• Explain product features and benefits to customers

• Drive engagement with the AEO loyalty program

• Switch between Sales floor and other areas as needed

• Proactively address and resolve any guest concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 16 years

• Retail background beneficial

• Flexible availability during evenings and weekends

• Enthusiasm for product knowledge and teamwork

• Integrity in following company procedures
