Position: Join Lush as a Sales Ambassador
Elevate customer experiences as a Sales Ambassador at Lush in Midtown Plaza. Deliver expert product knowledge while engaging with customers in a fun retail setting.

In your role as a Casual Sales Ambassador (4-19 hours weekly), you’ll provide tailored recommendations and engage customers to exceed sales targets. Lush prioritizes customer connections and expects its ambassadors to continually expand product knowledge and drive the store's sales. You will also promote Lush's core values of sustainability and ethical buying.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales using Store Force insights and personal feedback

• Provide personalized customer service through consultations

• Communicate Lush's commitments to ethical cosmetics clearly

• Maintain attractive visual merchandising in your assigned areas

• Participate in the upkeep of a welcoming store environment

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills and flexibility

• Passion for skincare, natural beauty products, and ethical practices

• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends

• Experience in team-based customer service roles

• Applicants under 18 hired via the Lush Youth Employment Program
