This position requires you to engage customers passionately while achieving sales goals and maintaining visual store standards. Ideal candidates will excel in interpersonal communication and possess strong product knowledge to enhance fan experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve revenue growth through exceptional customer service
• Maintain store presentation according to visual guidelines
• Lead daily operations supporting store cleanliness and organization
• Protect company assets and manage inventory efficiently
• Assist with product counts and store policies adherence
Requirements:
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience with POS systems and customer interaction
• Adherence to company dress code
• Availability to work on shifts
