In this essential role, you will report to the Territory Manager, overseeing Hallmark's merchandising activities across various retail channels. Your responsibilities will center around maintaining standards for product placement and inventory management throughout peak times and holidays. The position requires 5-9 hours per week, with attention to detail and flexibility being vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee merchandising in assigned retail accounts

• Conduct inventory management and product change outs

• Follow merchandising plans and budgets effectively

• Offer support during busy holiday seasons

• Liaise regularly with Territory Manager

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is necessary

• Previous retail experience highly beneficial

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly required

• Familiarity with smartphone technology

• Strong communication skills for effective coordination
